Rates

Our schedule of fees for private pay is as follows:

Initial visit and Intake: $150.00 70- minute session
Individual psychotherapy: $125.00 50- minute session
Marital therapy: $135.00 60- minute session
Family therapy: $140.00 60 minute session
Written report: $75.00 -125.00
Phone consultation: $75.00 50- minute session

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Only cash and checks are accepted for payment.  Please note that all payments are due before the beginning of each session unless other arrangements are specifically made

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session (except in the case of an emergency).
